Craig serves as Resilinc's Senior Director of Customer Success, with a focus on the company’s life sciences, healthcare and pharma customers. Prior to joining Resilinc, Craig spent nearly 30 years as a global procurement and supply chain leader in both the high tech and life sciences industries, this includes eight years at the world’s largest dental products company where he was responsible for global procurement. After the Japan earthquake and tsunami disaster in 2011, Craig partnered with Resilinc on a supply risk management and mitigation strategy leading to better sub-tier visibility and the ability to respond faster to risk events.
