Resilinc Corporation (“Resilinc,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at www.Resilinc.com (the “Website”), the Resilinc desktop application (the “Desktop App”), the Resilinc mobile application (the “Mobile App” and collectively with the Desktop App, the “Applications”), and the Resilinc survey located on the Website (the “Survey,” and collectively with the Website, and the Applications, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personally identifiable information and non-identifying information about you when you access or use the Services. This Privacy Policy applies to our website visitors, employees and personnel of Resilinc customers registered on the Applications (“Customers”), and employees and personnel of the suppliers loaded on the Applications (“Suppliers”). Resilinc automatically collects certain non-identifying information about you (such as your movement about the Website or the Applications, the pages you visit most frequently, the type of browser or computer operating system you use, the domain name of the website from which you link, or aggregated information).

In addition, Resilinc may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices’ unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile internet browsers you use, and the information about the way you use the Services.

Resilinc uses “cookies” to customize and improve your use of the Services. Cookies are small pieces of information or data stored on your computer or mobile device that are used to determine your preferences and track certain behavior or activities when you use the Services. We may also share your Personal Information with Customers and/or Suppliers, where your company has a Customer/Supplier relationship with another company, to complete the necessary functional operations of the Applications’ services. For example, if you are a registered user of Customer, Company Z, on the Application and Company Y is a Supplier to Company Z, then Personal Information (like name and email) of all registered users of Company Z may be shared with all registered users of Company Y. Except as provided herein, Resilinc will not: (a) use, disclose, or sell your Personal information to any third parties for any purposes other than those necessary to deliver the Services; and (b) sell or transfer to unaffiliated third parties any Personal Information that you submit, or any non-identifying information collected without your consent.   • With Customers and/or Suppliers that you select;

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:
