Since founding supply chain risk management technology provider Resilinc in 2010, Bindiya has helped transform the way that global organizations approach supply chain visibility and risk. That includes driving them to shift from reactively addressing catastrophic supply chain events to putting preventative solutions in place through monitoring, mapping, and planning. She is a founding member of the Global Supply Chain Resiliency Council and a member of the Advisory Board of MIT Center for Transportation and Logistics.
Our podcast conversation focuses initially on what were the most impactful supply chain management operational and business support risk areas that occupied industry supply chain teams in 2023, and what was the learning from such events.
Bindiya then outlines what are the key megatrends that will significantly impact industry and global supply chain teams along with senior supply chain senior leaders in 2024, along with how such areas are changing.
We further discuss the differing approaches that organizations have taken to focus on either business wide or supply chain wide risk management areas, and which organizational or functional approaches have been more impactful in mitigation efforts.
