CEO & Founder
Bindiya Vakil is CEO and founder of Resilinc and is a recognized thought leader in the area of supply chain risk management. She is a subject matter expert having worked in sourcing, materials management and supply chain roles in the high-tech industry at companies including Flextronics, Cisco and Broadcom.
She is credited with developing the market for supply chain risk management solutions when she founded Resilinc. She holds the patent for evaluating and presenting the supply chain vulnerability and risk of an enterprise. She is also the founder of the Global Supply Chain Resiliency Council, a non-profit dedicated to advancing the discipline of supply chain risk management.
Ms. Vakil has a master’s degree in supply chain management from MIT and an MBA in Finance.
Chief Product Officer & Co-founder
Sumit Vakil has over 20 years of experience bringing innovative technologies to market. As Chief Product Officer, he is responsible for Resilinc's product vision, technology strategy and all aspects of product architecture and delivery. He has served in product leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies such as Brocade, Cisco and 3Com., in addition to engineering leadership roles at successful startups such as Airespace, InternetDevices and VPNet. Prior to starting Resilinc, he was the Director of Product Management at Brocade.
Mr. Vakil is the holder of several patents. He has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. Mr. Vakil was appointed a Senior Research Fellow to the Supply Chain Management Center in the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
Chief Strategy Officer
Joe Carson is a senior business executive with specialization in Procurement, Supply Chains and Risk Management. As a chief strategy officer, he brings a deep understanding of how supply chains deliver customer-value within large, complex, multi-national environment. Joe is a seasoned industry leader, whose most recent role was serving at Micron Technology as their Chief Procurement Officer out of Singapore. In his leadership roles at Micron, and prior to that at Juniper Networks, Joe helped create robust and enduring supply chain risk management organizations and award winning best practices. Before that, Joe has served as the CPO at Lucent Technologies, as well as other leadership roles such as VP Supply Chain, Director of Marketing, and Field Operations Management.
Joe is a Principal Member of the Supply Chain Resiliency Council, and his work has been cited in many publications including “On-Demand Supply Management” and “The Power of Resilience”. Joe received his B.E.E. from Georgia Tech and his MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business.
Ranna Rose is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with over 20 years of supply chain experience. As VP of Operations, she sets vision and direction for all aspects of services offered by Resilinc to customers and suppliers, and is responsible for the Customer / Partner Success, EventWatch®, Data Operations, and Data Quality organizations.
Prior to Resilinc, Ms. Rose managed global projects with Flextronics, Trimble Navigations, Coherent and Illumina. She has proven track record in driving world class metric performance in start-up to Fortune 100 environments. She holds a Bachelors degree from San Jose State University.
Regional Director, Sales US West, Asia
Laurie Diekman has been tremendously successful selling innovative supply chain solutions to the world's leading companies throughout her career. Her belief is that our customers are our strongest voices and has successfully channeled the strong success realized by Resilinc's clients into growth opportunities for Resilinc. She has been instrumental at Resilinc in getting prospective customers to understand the unique and differentiated offering that Resilinc delivers, and has had extensive success with customer acquisition since 2012. As head of sales for Resilinc's US West and Asia based customers, Ms. Diekman is responsible for growing Resilinc's customer footprint and sales into these regions. She has served in sales leadership roles at supply chain solutions companies such as CDC Software, Vastera and Speedchain.
Ms Diekman holds a Bachelor's Degree from UC Davis. She enjoys hiking and traveling worldwide.
Regional Director, Sales US East, EU
Jon Sundstrom is an accomplished technology sales leader with a strong track record with Fortune 1000 across Pharmaceutical, CPG, Medical Device, Insurance, Utility, Banking and other major industries. He is a highly analytical, strategic thinker with the ability to recognize market opportunities and create go-to-market messaging, strategies, campaign development and execution. He has applied his consultative sales approach to successfully navigate enterprise sales environments and help Resilinc successfully grow our customer footprint in the Life Sciences and Pharma industries. Mr. Sundstrom has been in sales and leadership roles at supply chain solutions companies such as Llamasoft, Jonova, Lodestone, Ariba etc.
Mr. Sundstrom holds a Bachelors in Management Science from Florida Institute of Technology.
Managing Director, EU
Sahil Kothadia has 19 years of experience in I.T. services industry managing and delivering multi-geographic technology projects/programs. He has joined Resilinc as Managing Director of EU operations and will be responsible for the U.K. entity operations, strategic pre-sales and post-sales for U.K and EU based customers and prospects.
Prior to joining Resilinc, Sahil has worked for companies like British Telecom, H3, Vodafone in the U.K. His experience spans across project/program management, delivery management, sales and account management and recently setting up an I.T. development center in Milan, Italy. He holds an MBA for Cass Business School, City University - London and Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering. The two “characters” who have influenced Sahil on leadership styles are Captain James Tiberius Kirk from Star Trek and Jean Luc Picard from the Star Trek – Enterprise.
Managing Director and VP of Engineering
Ranjeet Shetye has almost 20 years of experience in technology leadership roles at companies such as Airespace, PicoMobile, and Internet Devices. As Managing Director and VP of Engineering for Resilinc, he is responsible for managing the operations of Resilinc’s India offices as well as leading the development of Resilinc’s product lines.
Prior to joining Resilinc, Mr. Shetye was the Director of Technology at PicoMobile, where he developed multiple patents. He holds a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and Bachelors in Computer Engineering from Bombay University.
VP of Product Management
Pramod Akkarachittor has over 15 years of successful track record of bringing innovative products to the enterprise market. At Resilinc, Mr. Akkarachittor leads the Product Management team where he is responsible for the company’s overall product vision, strategy and roadmap.
Prior to joining Resilinc, Mr. Akkarachittor led the product team at Firetide (acquired by Unicom) where he delivered industry’s first broadband wireless connectivity for high speed public transports. Prior to Firetide, Mr. Akkarachittor held several key software engineering positions in the wireless and service provider divisions at Cisco. Mr. Akkarachittor is a patent holder, a speaker at key industry events and a writer in industry publications. Mr. Akkarachittor holds an MBA from the HAAS school of business, UC Berkeley and a B.S. in computer science from P.I.C.T., University of Pune, India.
VP, Finance & HR
Tammy Drescher is an accomplished finance, accounting and HR executive with a broad range of experience stretching across multiple industries for over 15 years. As a Certified Management Accountant she has worked for Sensient Technologies, Constellation Brands, Diamond Foods, and other companies.
She is passionate about new ways to manage resources for optimal growth and the greatest benefit. Ms. Drescher holds a BS degree from the University of the Pacific Eberhardt School of Business in Accounting and a minor in Computer Science.
