Bindiya Vakil is CEO and founder of Resilinc and a recognized thought leader in the area of supply chain risk management from companies like Cisco and Flextronics.
She is credited with bringing SCRM solutions into the mainstream since founding Resilinc in 2010. She holds the patent for evaluating supply chain vulnerability and risk of an enterprise. She is also the founder of the Global Supply Chain Resiliency Council, a non-profit dedicated to advancing the discipline of supply chain risk management. She is on the Advisory Board of the MIT Center for Transportation and Logistics.
Ms. Vakil has a master’s degree in supply chain management from MIT and an MBA in Finance.
Jon is currently the head of marketing and business development at Resilinc and has more than 30 years of experience as a sales and marketing leader, technologist, solution strategist, and solution advisor at other firms such as KPMG, Ariba, Aravo, CVM Solutions, Salesforce.com, and Oracle.
He has authored numerous articles and blogs on sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and supply chain risk and has been recognized as a “Pro to Know” by Supply & Demand Chain Executive.
Jon has a MS in Information Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a BS in Business from Monmouth University.
Ranna Rose is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with over 20 years of supply chain, supplier and commodity management expertise in the High Tech and Life Sciences industries. As VP of Operations, she is responsible for ensuring the continued success of Resilinc's customers' and suppliers' resiliency journey.
Prior to Resilinc, Ms. Rose managed global projects with Flextronics, Trimble Navigations, Coherent and Illumina. She has strong track record of driving world class metric performance in start-up to Fortune 100 environments. She holds a Bachelors degree from San Jose State University.
Sahil Kothadia has 19 years of experience in I.T. services industry managing and delivering multi-geographic technology projects/programs. He has joined Resilinc as Managing Director of EU operations and will be responsible for the U.K. entity operations, strategic pre-sales and post-sales for U.K and EU based customers and prospects.
Prior to joining Resilinc, Sahil has worked for companies like British Telecom, H3, Vodafone in the U.K. His experience spans across project/program management, delivery management, sales and account management and recently setting up an I.T. development center in Milan, Italy. He holds an MBA for Cass Business School, City University - London and Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering. The two “characters” who have influenced Sahil on leadership styles are Captain James Tiberius Kirk from Star Trek and Jean Luc Picard from the Star Trek – Enterprise.
Sumit Vakil is one of the world's leading experts in internet data security and holder of several patents in this area. He co-founded Resilinc and is a current member of the Board of Directors and responsible for product and technology vision, direction and delivery. He has held leadership roles in product management and engineering at Fortune 500 companies such as Brocade, Cisco and 3Com., and early stage startups such as Airespace, InternetDevices and VPNet.
He has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. Mr. Vakil was appointed a Senior Research Fellow to the Supply Chain Management Center in the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
Ranjeet Shetye has almost 20 years of experience in technology leadership roles at companies such as Airespace, PicoMobile, and Internet Devices. As Managing Director and VP of Engineering for Resilinc, he is responsible for managing the operations of Resilinc’s India offices as well as leading the development of Resilinc’s product lines.
Prior to joining Resilinc, Mr. Shetye was the Director of Technology at PicoMobile, where he developed multiple patents. He holds a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and Bachelors in Computer Engineering from Bombay University.
Pramod Akkarachittor has over 15 years of successful track record of bringing innovative products to the enterprise market. At Resilinc, Mr. Akkarachittor leads the Product Management team where he is responsible for the company’s overall product vision, strategy and roadmap.
Prior to joining Resilinc, Mr. Akkarachittor led the product team at Firetide (acquired by Unicom) where he delivered industry’s first broadband wireless connectivity for high speed public transports. Prior to Firetide, Mr. Akkarachittor held several key software engineering positions in the wireless and service provider divisions at Cisco. Mr. Akkarachittor is a patent holder, a speaker at key industry events and a writer in industry publications. Mr. Akkarachittor holds an MBA from the HAAS school of business, UC Berkeley and a B.S. in computer science from P.I.C.T., University of Pune, India.
Tammy Drescher is an accomplished finance, accounting and HR executive with a broad range of experience stretching across multiple industries for over 15 years. As a Certified Management Accountant she has worked for Sensient Technologies, Constellation Brands, Diamond Foods, and other companies.
She is passionate about new ways to manage resources for optimal growth and the greatest benefit. Ms. Drescher holds a BS degree from the University of the Pacific Eberhardt School of Business in Accounting and a minor in Computer Science.
Yogesh Akolkar has over 20 years of experience in Software Development & Product Engineering. Currently he heads the Product Engineering function at Resilinc and is responsible for development, cloud operations and sustenance of Resilinc’s product lines.
Passionate about building products, Mr. Akolkar had been developing products at Compaq, Alcatel, Ericsson & EXFO prior to joining Resilinc. Computer Science graduate from University of Pune, India, Mr. Akolkar possesses expertise in building high performing teams & has worked on extensive set of technologies including system kernel & networking protocols to cloud based SaaS platforms.
Graeme has spent 20+ years as a technology executive, bringing transformative digital and AI solutions to global corporations.
Focused on customer value, he is currently the Managing Director of the Healthcare Transparency Initiative and prior roles include M&A and C-Suite solutions for Underwriters Laboratories (UL) and the President of Thinkstep America’s software and professional services solutions supporting Circular Economy & Sustainability.
