China’s costly Zero Covid policies, and other major supply chain crises have shined a spotlight on the importance of supply chain resilience and the need to make it sustainable. The major crises of the last few years have caught many organizations by surprise, offering very little time to respond to the multiple ongoing disruptions in the global supply chain.
