Residual Risk Analysis

Residual Risk Analysis services measure numerous supplier elements such as: their ability to handle demand surges; supplier preparedness and time-to-recovery; security; or brand risk. Residual risk analysis is used to evaluate risks before and after a risk mitigation. If the likelihood and consequence of residual risk is greater than the established risk tolerance, further risk mitigation will be required. Assessing risk tolerance can be facilitated by using a risk frontier graph, which plots the likelihood of events by their consequences.
